Tired of feeling miserable while losing weight, only to gain it all back? We’re starting a web-based pilot program on sustained weight loss. Weight loss approaches today are often discouraging experiences. What’s worse, most people gain their weight back. We believe you can enjoy losing weight and keep it off. As with any program, we can’t guarantee weight loss results, but we will do our best to put you on the right path.
We’re looking for women and men who:
The weekly time commitment is roughly 20-30 minutes for online video/instructions plus a variable amount of time on your own exploring personalized recommendations for your weight loss. Approximately 5 hours over the entire program is estimated for interviews via video chat, online assessments, and feedback. In-person meetings are optional. There are no specific costs associated with participation. We are only providing online information and will not be selling anything. The participant will be responsible for costs associated with their own food and exercise, which will be entirely at their discretion. Interested?
