Weight Cycling vs. Sustained Weight Loss
Online Survey

Interested in weight loss?  We’re trying to understand why some people weight cycle and others sustain their weight loss.  Do they go through a different process, with different motivations and methods?

We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Are ages 21+
  • Weight Cyclers (Have lost at least 10% of their weight but weren’t able to keep it off for at least a year)
  • OR
  • Weight Loss Sustainers (Have lost at least 10% of their weight and kept it off for at least a year)

The survey will take about 30 minutes and will be conducted via an online questionnaire (multiple choice and open-ended questions). There may be follow-up questions.  Participants who complete the final survey will be entered in a drawing to win a $50 Amazon gift card.

If you are interested, please complete this short sign-up form.  You’ll be notified in January 2019 when the final survey is ready.

...and if you're not a weight cycler or sustainer, but know one, feel free to forward this along!
